Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Michael is an award-winning director and executive producer who founded his first creative agency in 1996. A driving force behind the agency’s big ideas, Michael draws on decades of experience in business, advertising, and strategy to translate exceptional ideas into powerful actions. Above all else, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, whether they’re training for a race, seeking outdoor adventures, or rooting for LA sports teams.

He's spearheaded a value-added distribution business, developed retail sales channels for major vendors across North America, and worked globally for 6 years with olloclip, leading internal sales, marketing & operations.

A lover of hip hop and an avid Dodgers fan, Ryan is a Graphic Designer who also has an elite palate for fast food cuisine. He is a true creative with an eye for design and typography, and always seems to find the best jackets when thrifting.

As Production Coordinator, he brings his passion for brand development and marketing to every project, and his dedication and eagerness to learn have made him a viable asset to the team.
